ColorStack Summit — San Francisco, August 2025

I was invited to the 2025 ColorStack Summit in San Francisco, where I visited Google's Spear Street and One Market offices and explored the city.

UC Berkeley Visit — August 2025

During the 2025 ColorStack Summit, I visited the UC Berkeley campus, spoke with staff, toured the grounds and went up Sather Tower.

NSF REU at UT Dallas — Summer 2025

As an NSF REU fellow at the University of Texas at Dallas, I learned the fundamentals of academic research: structuring papers, writing in LaTeX, and applying generative vision-language models to multimodal sarcasm detection. Outside the lab, I explored Dallas.

Google Tech Exchange — Mountain View, January 2025

Accepted into Google's Tech Exchange program for Spring 2025, I visited Google's Bay View campus in Mountain View and met amazing students from HBCUs and HSIs across the country. Googlers then mentored me online throughout the semester.

New York City — June 2021

I spent a week in New York City to de-stress and see family, visiting the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, the Statue of Liberty, the Intrepid Museum and the Met. The city was quieter than usual because of the pandemic.

Ethereum Mining — 2020–2022

With a group of friends, I ran a GPU mining rig of five Nvidia RTX 3080-series cards and a second rig of AMD GPUs on HiveOS, mining in pools until Ethereum moved from proof of work to proof of stake in 2022. It was my first real dive into GPUs.
